The baby, which talk !

You know me already....... I am Gergi Liebl....... I bear the name of my German great-grandfather...... and I was born in Germany..... however I am threatened of expulsion......
I was seriously sick, after my birth in December 1999 in Pirmasens.  My parents made me a request for visa of stay the 11.02.2000 near the service from abroad of the town of Pirmasens. The 21.03.2000, file-NR:  III/33Bp rejected Mr. Rudolf Böhmer of the service from abroad my request for visa of stay and it asked my parents to withdraw this request.
My first lawyer Mr.Robert Münch had addressed a letter of opposition the 03.04.2000 against the decision of the 21.03.2000 of the service from abroad and it had also appealed at the same time to the administrative Court of the town of Neustadt.
My pediatrician delivered me a certificate the 13.04.2000 and the hospital, where I was born, also established me a report/ratio of the diagnosis the 14.02.2000 by specifying the significant therapies to be made.  All these two medical documents confirmed the gravity of my disease and required me intensive care to follow.
My second lawyer, Mr. Dr. Konstantin Thun had justified my call the 14.04.2000 with these significant medical documents near the administrative court of Neustadt, by specifying that my expulsion would be a serious danger to my health.
Mrs. judge Dr. Cambeis-Glenz, president of the administrative Court of Neustadt returned her decision the 19.04.2000, file-NR:  5 L 829/00.NW by granting my request for visa of stay.  After this returned decision, the service from abroad of Pirmasens never delivered me this famous visa of stay.
On the other hand, master Klaus Anstätt und master Rudolf Böhmer of the service from abroad of Pirmasens addressed the letters of the 24.05.2000 and the 14.06.2000, file-NR:  III/33-LP with the embassy of the German Federal Republic to Lomé/Togo, by asking for a catch of position near the doctors residents on territoir in Togo who should look after me as soon as I would be expelled.
According to the letters of the 30.05.2000 and the 19.06.2000, file-NR:  Gz:RK 516.80/3Liebl master Papenfuss and master Raimann of the embassy of the German Federal Republic in Lomé declared that, according to their information, I could follow the medical treatments by the doctor Jean-Piere Dovi Akué to the international polyclinic St.Joseph in Lome;  and that there are also pediatrician experienced at the hospital of Bè in Lomé and that this hospital is inexpensive that the private clinic of St. Joseph.  They also confirmed that only 5% of the Togo population which have the insurance of disease and which each consultation in a doctor must be immediately paid.
Then the health service of Pirmasens addressed a letter to me the 10.08.2000 for a medical consultation, if I could be able to travel, because this was required by the service from abroad of Pirmasens.
The health service confirmed in its letter of the 18.08.2000, file-NR:  204-03N with the service from abroad of Pirmasens who I will be able to travel, after me to have consulted the 16.08.2000, whereas my pediatrician was always against such a voyage according to the gravity of my disease.
Mr. Stephan of the legal committee of the town hall of Pirmasens had addressed a letter the 20.10.2000 to the administrative Court of Neustadt by asking for the cancellation of the judgement returned the 19.04.2000, file-NR:  5 L 829/00.NW and which I would be immediately expelled.
>From there, my parents telephoned and directly addressed a letter to Doctor Jean-Pierre Dovi Akué of the international private clinic-St. Joseph in Lomé, concerning the reports/ratios establish by the embassy of the German Federal Republic in Lomé.
Dr. Jean-Pierre Dovi Akué confirmed to my parents that it did not know about nothing and it understood at all why I will come to follow the medical treatments to Lome, whereas my pediatrist was opposed to such a voyage and that the doctors residents in Lomé always call upon the European doctors to come to help them or they recommend their patients to go to follow the treatments to Europe in very delicate cases.
My lawyer addressed a letter of opposition the 30.11.2000 near the administrative Ccourt of Neustadt, against request of the 20.10.2000 of the legal committee of the town hall of Pirmasens.
Mrs. Judge Idelberger of the administrative Court of Neustadt returned another decision the 06.12.2000, file-NR:  5 L 2578/00.NW by cancelling the first decision of this same court returned the 19.04.2000 and required my expulsion immediately.
My lawyer had also made the recourse near the administrative higher court of Koblenz, against this decision returned by the administrative court of Neustadt.
The higher administrative Court of Koblenz returned its decision the 25.01.2000, file-NR:  1 B 10003/01.OVG by always rejecting the admission of my request for revision introduced by my lawyer.

The mayor of the town of Pirmasens, Mr. Matheis had also addressed a letter the 18.01.2000, file-NR.  Bo/ka with the higher administrative Court of Koblenz while requiring firmly so that my recourse near this same court, relating to my expulsion just as my request for visa of stay, is rejected and than the expenses of this procedure are addressed to me.
One intends to expel me without parents in Togo, against all the medical recommendations and one would be ready to put up with my death.

I did not know that these people hate me up to this point, because that which does not love the children loses its faith, because itself was child.

This terrible drama too much marked me, according to my age, and I will carry it in my heart during all my life.
